Hi, I’m Ben: a strategist, AI systems builder, and creative storyteller operating at the intersection of enterprise technology, design, and human insight.

My work spans two connected worlds: building enterprise AI capabilities at scale, and exploring the narrative, psychological, and cultural forces that drive human behavior. Whether I’m designing frontier multi-year AI roadmaps for technology companies, creating pricing and commercialization frameworks for AI + technology products and services, building engineering teams that create innovative solutions, authoring a globally produced novel, designing fictional characters and narratives, studying psychology and philosophy, filming martial arts around the world, or structuring cross-functional operating models, I approach every challenge through a systems-thinking lens shaped by history, philosophy, and design.

When I created my last novel, I acted as author, producer, and creative director for a project that began as a blank canvas: assembling and leading a global team of illustrators and editors across Germany, Canada, England, Ghana and the United States to bring it to life. Those same core skills: building from zero to one, orchestrating multidisciplinary teams, and navigating uncharted territory, are what enable me to build new capabilities, agentic systems, and operating models for complex enterprises.

On the technology side, I help organizations turn AI from isolated experiments into repeatable, enterprise-scale capabilities, having built solutions, strategy, engineering delivery teams and multi-year agentic roadmaps for organizations like Microsoft, Intel, JPMorgan Chase, Allstate, and Mercedes-Benz.

On the creative side, I craft fiction, explore our world, and publish insights on leadership, workplace culture, and the invisible dynamics that shape how humans live and work together.
